Overview
Cancellation policy
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you choose to cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation of this contract.
1. Refund Method
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to make the refund, unless a different arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
2. Timing of Refund
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
3. Returning the Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
5. Diminished Value of Goods
You will be liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this loss in value is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- For the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
- For the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
For the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract conclusion and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot influence.
For the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:
- For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- For the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Return Instructions
The procedures mentioned in this section, „Returns,“ are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal as outlined in the section „Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers.“
Customers are requested to notify the seller of the return before sending it:

This allows the seller to promptly allocate the returned products.
Customers should return the goods as a postage-paid package and keep the shipping receipt. The seller will, upon request, advance the postage costs, provided these are not to be borne by the buyer.
Customers are asked to avoid damages or contamination of the goods. The goods should ideally be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the buyer’s possession, an alternative suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid potential claims for damages due to insufficient packaging.
